Can I arrive earlier or later than my reservation time?

You are welcome to arrive before your reservation. Scolare’s bar will be open for you. We kindly ask that you do not arrive late. The journey begins at 7.00 pm for all guests at the same time.

When can I make a reservation?

Our booking calendar is always open 60 days ahead. If you need to book further in advance, please call or email us.

What if I have a gift card? Do I still have to pay the booking fee?

Yes. The booking fee serves as a security for your reservation in case of late cancellation or a no‑show. If you have a gift card and its value together with the booking fee exceeds the final bill, we will refund the booking fee and charge only the remaining amount.

Do you take dietary requirements and allergies into account?

If you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, we can accommodate most dietary requirements and allergies. We cannot make changes to the menu without prior notice.

With timely notice, we can accommodate, for example, a vegetarian menu, but we may not be able to fulfil certain combined dietary restrictions or multiple simultaneous allergies.

There are some elements we cannot remove from our dishes: oils, vinegars, alliums infused into broths or sauces, and chilli.

We are unable to offer strict halal, kosher or vegan menus, or extensive dietary programmes such as FODMAP or low‑sugar diets.

If you have severe allergies or several restrictions, please email us before making a reservation so we can confirm whether adjustments are possible.

What do I do if I want to cancel?

If you wish to cancel and do so more than 48 hours before your reservation, the cancellation is free of charge. Please cancel directly with the restaurant by email. Cancellations within 48 hours or no‑shows will be charged at the full menu price.

How should I dress?

We don’t have a dress code. What matters most is that you feel comfortable and can enjoy a relaxed evening, so dress in whatever feels good to you.

How do I reschedule my reservation?

You may reschedule your reservation once, free of charge, as long as you do so at least 48 hours before your booking. If you wish to reschedule and are still outside the 48‑hour cancellation window, please contact us by email.

Do you welcome children?

Children are welcome at Alma, but please note that there is only one menu available, and there is no separate children’s menu.
